Meet the Midwife
Hello! My name is Treasa; I am a qualified midwife working in a busy Dublin Maternity Hospital. I have always been passionate about supporting new mums and dads during pregnancy and birth but most importantly during the transition from expectant parents to new parents. Having worked on a busy postnatal ward, I realised that there is simply not enough time or support for new parents once they welcome their little one into the world. It was from this realisation that Leanbh Nua came to be.
I am a registered Baby Massage Instructor with The International Association of Infant Massage and Baby Massage Ireland,a certified Preparation for Birth and Parenthood Facilitator with University College Cork and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
