At Leanbh Nua we offer a broad range of antenatal, postnatal and baby classes, including preparation for labour and birth courses, baby massage courses and preparation to breastfeed workshops.

Baby Massage Courses can be booked directly on the website. Up comming BM courses are available to purchase and book in the "baby massage" course page. All other courses are organised with Treasa on a one to one or small group basis. Email treasa@leanbhnua.ie to organise a date and time for your chosen course. Payment details are provided following email booking.

We are delighted to announce that our baby massage classes are now back in person since June 2022! We still offer recorded baby massage classes which you can access from the comfort of your own home. Antenatal education classes and breastfeeding classes are still online at present.

Your baby, firstly! A warm, safe comfortable space with minimal distractions, A computer, laptop, phone, tablet with internet access and a zoom account, You will receive a baby massage pack in the post with a parent's handbook, massage oil, milestone cards and a certificate of achievement. It is important that you have your camera on when massaging your baby so I can make sure you are doing the strokes correctly. You may go off camera to feed/change etc.

The Leanbh Nua Pregnancy Journal is suitable for all pregnant mums at any stage of pregnancy. It covers 6-42 weeks of pregnancy and everything in between!
